More Victories than Games Played?

I have encountered this a couple of times but do not understand if it is a glitch or a text file edit. NeeNee, shown in the screenshot, has 181 Victories in 105 Games and has 4621 points.

I have seen other players with quite a larger Victory/Game ratio. Is this a bug or a hack?

If I'm correct, it's because they played before stats were tracked, mostly meaning they're veteran Mafia players.

No, it's not possible to have more victories than games played, that's a hack.

It's only possible to have like 4000 points and 0 games played, if you are a veteran.
