    Username/Account Name:NeverUnlucky
    SC2 ID/Account ID:1-S2-1-2326703
In-Game Name: Luzio Coca (blue, #2)
    Crimes commited: trolling, gamethrowing
So, literally, what happened. Luzio Coca, blue started trolling the game by yelling some bullshit about him not being switched and randoming for 11(Raelag).
I was jailor, ingame PLEBKILLER # 4. Jailed him suspecting evil role, but didn't execute him night 2. In jail the subject admitted that he was trolling(!) - attention to night 2.
Night 3 i decided to lynch him, but got rbd by a consort.
After that Luzio was put on trial and lynched, where he gave out my role of jailor to mafia and mm. He clearly stated that role of 4(me) role was jailor.
That is obviously a gamethrow and i want this player to get banned.

    Username/Account Name:NeverUnlucky
    SC2 ID/Account ID:1-S2-1-2326703
    In-Game Name: Emilio (black, #14)
    Subject's role - auditor.
He tried to do a gamethrow by claiming marshall an auditor and giving away sk whom he couldn't audit. It appears that he wasn't trying to fake jester, but was acting like auditor's goal is to win with town, which is obviously NOT.
So, apparently he wasnt trying to win the game but was trying to help town, which be considered a gamethrow.

Here goes the double report. This dud was dh and when we were left 1v1v2 - sk vs dh vs 2 town, he left. That move has altered the game, for i(sk) got lynched after he left and the town won, which was not going to happen.

    REPLAY 378
    NeverUnlucky: 3
    Derpfestor: 4
    Agrael: 5
    RedRick: Ctrl+5
    Auwt: 7

    Summary
    REPLAY 377

NeverUnlucky is given the name "Luzio Coca" and roles Escort in slot #2.

From the start #2 clearly has something against #11 (Fuuton). He continuously trolls and attempts to get him lynched.
Night 3 #4 attempts to execute #2 in jail, but is role blocked for the second time by a Consort.
Day 4 #2 is put to trial and lynched due to suspected being an Executioner. During trial #2 claims that #4 is jailor.

Verdict: In my opinion, the actions of NeverUnlucky aren't that of game throwing since he clearly wasn't trying to work against his own win condition. NeverUnlucky is guilty of griefing for targeting a player based solely on their SC2 identity, even though he was ultimately right about #11 being scum.

    REPLAY 378
NeverUnlucky is given the name "Emilio" and roles Auditor in slot #14.
Derpfestor chooses the name "Pray The Gay Away" and roles Dragon Head in slot #7.

Agrael, RedRick, and Auwt all choose the name "TheSkyper" with "The" all being a slightly different color and "Skyper" all being white.
Agrael roles Vigilante in slot #2.
RedRick roles Serial Killer in slot #12.
Auwt roles Marshall in slot #7.

On Night 1, #14 tries to audit #12 and fails, and puts this in LW.

Normal game play through Night 2.

Day 3, #4 reveals as Marshall. Among the PMs to the Marshall...
#14 sends "im auditor, 12 cant be audited, hes night immune"
    #12 sends "SK N1 15 N2 9"

    #14 votes for #12.
#2 votes for #14, followed immediately by #12 voting for #14. Other players join the lynch train and #14 is first lynched (Auditor).
#2 starts a lynch on #5 and #5 is lynched (Deceiver).
#4 starts a lynch on #11 and #11 is lynched (Vanguard).

#4 puts all the PMd roles in the LW except for #12, which is left out.

    Day 4
#2 (Vigi), #7 (DH), #8 (LO), and #12 (SK) remain.
Everyone blames #7 for not PMing the Marshall. #7 quits after players start to vote him.
    #2 and #8 vote #12 and lynch.

    Was the game result altered?
REPLAY 377: No, game ended with a town victory.

REPLAY 378: No, game ended with a town victory.

    Additional Notes
Agrael, RedRick, and Auwt are clearly guilty of Name Abuse. They also appear to be skyping as they voted in a blocks with no communication and Auwt clearly protected RedRick from being accused as SK.
NeverUnlucky is guilty of attempted game throwing for revealing himself as Auditor, not necessarily for revealing another evil (as that can be a legit strategy).

First of all, in replay 378 the game result was altered with 7 leaving - town wasn't gonna win that game, it was either won by sk or mafia, depends on who was gonna lynched.
Name abuse is indeed obvious, but i want to make it clear - no skyping involved. I don't remember exactly what forced me to vote same people, but i bet they were pretty obviously evil. For example, saying smth like "any clues?" makes person look evil enough to ask for his role in my vision. Also i know Agrael and Auwt being experienced players - we've played alot back in EU maf, so i also know they might know smth important via analyzing logs or whatever.
As for me revealing to marshall as sk - fake jester play. Also i was hoping for 2v1v1 situation where neutral killing usually gets prefered over mafia/triad.

Leaving the game is not game throwing. With the exception of role quitting, players may leave the game at any point they wish and for any reason, as long as they do not reveal their teammate or encourage others to follow. A triad member also has no allegiance to the serial killer and is under no obligation to ensure them win.
