Summary:
TLDR version: Kidnapper executes his godfather
Note: I am the godfather in question so I may be slightly biased.
Accused is player 1, a kidnapper.
3 is the Godfather.
n1: tells GF not to kill anybody, GF refuses (there is no d1 so he did not jail anybody), GF kills 8
d2: "hey. I thing kill 3. ?. this person kill another peoples. berry suspichous" kidnaps GF (3).
n2: executes the GF without speaking
d3: does not speak
n3: becomes Mafioso; "silence madafacka" kills 14, an Amnes. Note: 14 claimed he was sheriff and that 9 was mafia, and 1 knows 9 is not mafia and kills 14 anyway
d4: does not speak
n4: "kill; fred farmer; this one person; 2 counts; I am fill farmer fred; okey?" attacks Farmer Fred, 12, who is a vet that kills him\
Each one of the separate things he did:
Attempting to out GF,
Execing his GF,
Attacking clearly non town player,
Attacking semi-conf vet
on its own does not necessarily equal game-throwing. For example, if he executed the GF and then claimed to town he was conf jailor, it would be a valid play; however, he did not do this, and when you look at the totality of his actions and words, he was intentionally game-throwing. Based on his spelling and speech, he was probably drunk or a child, but he might just be a non-native English speaker.
Ultimately, he killed his godfather at the first chance he got, hit a vet, and then immediately quit the game after dying.
It is possible that his intention in killing the godfather was to be a confirmed jailor and he just never got the chance to claim it before dying to the vet (and that hitting the vet was an accident); however his words and actions throughout the game do not make it seem likely that this was ever his real intention, and IMO he was throwing on purpose.
Edit: He never made a last will claiming jailor or otherwise either.
