Okay, this is just a small random thread, dedicated to creating a story for each role. You can choose any role you want, just make sure you give them a good story. Use correct grammar, punctuation, and every other English skill in general correctly. I'll start off with an example.
"Night 3:
The Lone Mason looked at the Leader-among-men, his leader to be exact, being hanged on the podium that day. He knew the man wasn't a man of evil, but he couldn't accept it himself. Throughout the days of his life, he would continue to remember the man he hanged. He and his friend knew that they were the ones who caused his death. Unable to cope with his death, the lone Mason opened his drawer and took out handgun containing a single bullet...
*BOOM*
The Mason turned around to hear the sound of wood cracking. At this point, he knew this couldn't be the end of his life. He had one more role in this game, and he would fulfill it.
*BAM*
The woman standing behind the broken pieces of wood slowly fell backwards. He tunic, blood-soaked and dirty with ash had become loose with its new arrival. Falling backwards, her ripped tunic showed a giant hole going through her breast muscle and moving out. At this point, the Mason knew she would die. Paying his respects to her, he gave her his jacket, insuring that she would die with the comforts of clothing instead of one given by a savage beast.
Day 4:
"MURDERER!" cried a voice within the audience. Ballots taken and the audience listening, a man walked up to the podium.
"What proof do you have against me, Citizens of the town?"
"Proof? You have been found a member of the Mafia and a leader of men. What more proof do we need? Additionally, a Investigator was killed because of you!"
At this very moment, the one man who was found guilty pulled out a single golden card.
"Is this enough proof?" replied the man
Whispers began murmuring within the crowd. That single one-of-a-kind card was enough to ensure someone's position, but nobody knew where it could be.
"I'm sorry, Mister Mayor, please forgive me. I only accused you based on what I learned last night."
"Oh Mayor, why did you do it!"
"Did you hear? He's the mayor!"
"Someone needs to protect him tonight!"
It was this moment, that the day had ended...
Night 4:
The Mason thought to himself, why did the mayor reveal himself, and why did he claim to be as one of the lone men, the Survivors, they call them? The Mason's handgun, now armed with two more bullets he found, decided to walk out tonight. Someone needed a visit, someone he knew had to die."
Day 5:
"A DOCTOR! SOMEBODY, COME QUICKLY!"
The majority of the crowd walked towards the man who had regained his identity.
"Wow, he's a Doctor!"
"A Doctor?"
"Poor Doctor, he's been so confused"
"A Doctor? Here!"
The Mayor, unlike the many others, wasn't so happy. His friend, the Sheriff had been shot last night. While nobody knew his identity, the Mayor did. He knew there was someone among them, someone left with a blood-thirsty mind. He knew that as the days passed by, they would face problems.
"Citizens of the town! I ask of you to listen to me!"
The many residents of the circle turned around, facing the voice.
"I, an Investigator, have found one of the armed men! A leader among men, perhaps! Your target, is the one man who claimed himself as a Mason!"
The crowd stared at the Mason. He looked around for a way out, as the ballots began to collect. He knew that he had to ki-
"STOP!" cried a woman
"Why are you lynching him?" she cried again
"CAN'T YOU SEE? HE'S MY LEADER! THE MASON LEADER!" cried the same woman
Immediately after the croaking of the townsmen, the ballots soon dropped.
"No! He must be the evil that lurks around this town! He must be! I checked him myself, it SAID MAFIA!" cried the accuser
There was a long awkward silence. Soon, the sounds of ballots began to rise.
"Wait... didn't you say you were an Investigator?"
"Yeah, didn't you say so?"
"What are you saying boy?"
"Don't mind me..."
Just seven small seconds later, the sound of a gravel gained the attention of the audience. "I PRONOUNCE THIS MAN, GUILTY!" cried a Judge.
"He... he he... Ha ha... HA HA... HA HA HA HA HA HA!"
Immediately, the flames of justice began cleansing his soul.
"HA HA!! HA HA HA HA! HA HA! AGHAST!!! HA HA!!!"
As the flames began melting his bones, his laugh continued to echo throughout the empty city, as night began to approach...
Night 5:
"Wow, was that a long time" replied the other Mason
"It's been 4 long days, and he finally lets me go" he said again
"Do you know how hard it is, being stuck in a jail cell?" he said for a third time
"Mason, I need your abilities, can you do this for me?" asked the original Mason
"Sure, I guess... But what are you going to do with that handgun?" he replied
"Find justice, our own justice..."
Day 6:
"THE ORIGINAL DOCTOR! HE'S DEAD!"
The town sheep quickly surrounded the dead man. Soon, whispers surrounded the town hall.
"A Serial Killer, can you believe that? A suicide I believe."
"I know right? Didn't I tell you he was that though?"
"Don't mind me, I'm just a Survivor..."
At this point, the town became silent.
"Well then gentlemen, what do you think we should do?" asked the Mayor
Silent again, the Mayor kept talking.
"I say, we give today a break. We should all go home, get rested, and come back tomorrow. Anyone who agrees, put your votes in this ballot."
Within seconds, everyone decided to vote. Today, became a dead day...
Night 6:
"Sir, that lone man, the Survivor. He's not really a Survivor..."
"WHAT?"
"Actually... actually... He's a Dancer... Like me"
At this point, the Mason Leader knew he had no more choices. Pulling out his gun, he walked towards the dancer's house.
Day 7:
"People! Listen! They have killed off a member of the evil! A Consort, I believe! We should thank one of our own. We're very lucky to have him, or her here today!"
Now, the crowd was excited.
"A man with a gun? Did you hear?"
"Oh, a hero! That's nice!"
"Where's the Survivor?"
The Mayor thought to himself, then began to speak. Suddenly, he stopped. It was impossible to speak now, if he did, they would reveal his secret. No matter, the town would be best off alone anyways...
Day 7, 2 hours later:
"WITCH! BURN THE WITCH!"
"KILL IT WITH FIRE!"
"SHE WILL DIE FOR HER SINS!"
"What are you doing? No! No! NO NO NO NO!"
"THE WOMAN IN THE RED IS NOW DEAD! Let us see her sins, shall we? Oh, that's interesting, she was a Prostitute, or an Escort! No matter! Additionally, she was a member of the secret Masons! No matter, night is upon us!"
Night 7:
Now, the Mason knew he was truly alone. His friend and only ally, was now dead. He wanted to gun down the man who had gotten his friend killed. He knew he wasn't what he claimed to me. But, remembering his advice, he took it. He walked to the Mayor's house to have a "talk".
Day 8:
"The Jailor! He's dead!"
The town panicked in fear.
"What do we do? What do we do!!"
"Who will imprison the criminals?"
"No! This is ridiculous!"
The Mayor stood up, as if to speak, but waited.
Now, the single townsman stood up, and pointed out the Mason. "He's also a leader among men! Additionally, he holds firearms! Kill him!"
Immediately, the sheep began casting votes until a familiar ring could be heard.
"Sir Leader, what is your defense?" asked a Judge
"If you want my defense, then turn around."
"Do yourself a favor, and ask the Mayor himself."
Suddenly, the town turned around to see a clapping Mayor.
"This man, is cleared of all charges. I can vouch for him. He's as clean as clean gets." replied the Mayor
In that single moment, the town voted inside the ballot. *Ding!* it went, and soon, the Mason walked free.
"Well, today's day was terrible. Oh well, I still think it's the so-called "Mason", though!" said the small voice of a hated Investigator
Night 8:
"Well, sir Mayor, how do you like my leader's old mansion?"
"It's... impressive. Good sir Mason, I ask of you, what are you, really?"
"Me? I'm a seeker of Justice. I seek to find Justice, to undo what was wrong."
Removing his 6-shot revolver from a nearby cabinet, the final Mason opened the front door of the giant Mansion. Tonight, he would shoot down the person who had done him wrong, he would kill the false claimer before he did anyone else anymore harm.
Day 9:
"Look it here, the Investigator is dead! Look it here again, it says he was part of the Mafia!"
The sheep began to mutter again.
"Wow, I knew it was him"
"I think we're missing someone."
It was now, that the Mayor knew there were only 2 men of evil left. Now, quiet, he could say nothing, for he had nothing to say.
As the hours went by, a single insignificant Citizen was killed off. Of the 9 that stood there before, only 4 were left now. Of them all, only 4 important men were left in this hall as the day went by and night came upon them all.
Night 9:
Tonight, the Mason would walk about and recruit someone. He was left with 2 more bullets, each reserved for the final members of the Mafia. He knew, that the only way to win their game, would be to gain the abilities of everyone he could. Tonight, he would visit the quiet Citizen, the only one he knew could be significant.
Leaving his handgun behind, the Mason began walking to the young lady's home within the dumps of Italy.
Day 10:
"Today, let us all pray to respect the Citizen that has hanged himself..."
"If only I knew him better... maybe we could've saved him..."
Moving close to him, a young woman whispered to the Mason. "Why, Mason, did you recruit me? I am but an insignificant Spy. How can you trust me?"
Ignoring her, the Mason approached the podium to say something.
"Citizens of our town, let me tell you what I know. As you know, we have 7 me-..."
Eying the woman he brought home, he repeated his phrase.
"As you know, we have 7 persons left in this town. Of the 7, there lies 2 evil men, 2 dangerous men. They've been confirmed as the roles of a Blackmailer, and a Janitor. These evil men, are those of the Mafia."
The crowd gasped in surprise. Remaining quiet, they continued to listen.
"These 2 men cannot kill us at night, however. I have confirmed 3 persons as part of my Masons, including myself. That leaves you 4 as possible suspects. Alas, tonight is coming to an end, this will have to continue tomorrow."
Night 10:
"Tonight, I sent our young spy to find the men, good Mayor."
"So you did. Young Mason, I know we're doing this for the good of the people, but don't you think this is wrong?"
"No, this isn't wrong. The Mafia has survived long enough. They deserve to die, those people. They're evil, we're not, simple as that."
"Have you listened to yourself, young sir? I advise that you do."
Day 11:
"People rejoice! The Janitor has killed himself! Nobody is sure why, but let us celebrate!"
"Is there anything to rejoice about?"
"What's there to celebrate about, it's just another person dead..."
The Mayor thought to himself, why did the Janitor kill himself? There had to be a reason, but that time wasn't now. There wasn't enough proof to kill off anyone.
Night 11:
Tonight was a quiet night for the Mason. He had two bullets left in his handgun, but he kept quiet. He knew they would figure out who was who, only time could tell.
Day 12:
"Good people from around, let us mourn the death of our greatest man. Let us hope that his soul may be carried towards the heavens above. Let us cry so that our tears may give God a reason to allow him in his gates. Let us see th-"
"Shut up and tell us who died already!"
"Fine, fine. The holy man who has died, is in fact, our own Mayor."
Now, the town began to listen.
"Mason! You lied to us!" cried a young man
"You told us there we were safe at night" hollered an angry woman.
"We believed you!" cried the same man
"STOP WHINING YOU INSIGNIFICANT FOOLS!" yelled a young woman
"It's obvious that the Blackmailer has taken power within the Mafia." she told them
"It's logical" she said
A brief moment of silence aroused. Suddenly, someone said something.
"How the hell would you know that?" said the first man
"How do you know you're not lying?" he said again
"Are you sure YOU'RE not the final Mafia?" he replied
Suddenly, the town began to murmur, and soon, it became a discussion.
"It's true, she wouldn't have known!"
"Really? What if she's a Spy?"
"Impossible, she would've told us"
"It's more probably she isn't"
"Really now?"
"Truly"
"Shut up you god-forsaken sheep!" shouted the Mason
"She's a Mason, along with the recently dead Mayor" he told them
The same man stood up and confronted him.
"Really now? And how do we know you're not lying? As far as we're concerned, you hold weapons as well. How do we know you didn't you're not the Mafia?"
Standing up now, too, the Mason confronted the Investigator.
"Truly now? Do you want to die?"
Brandishing his firearm, the other man sat down, quickly.
"You wouldn't dare, good sir. You, a Mason? You would never shoot someone. You're just a cowardly little shit who l-"
*BOOM*
The loud sound echoed throughout the courtyard. Now, all was left was the sight of blood and the corpse of a dead man. Backing away, the Mason proceeded to podium.
The checked the pockets of the dead man, finding a ammunition and a red card, one that would indicate his role within the Mafia. Taking it, he found the card of the Godfather.
"Today's session is over. Anyone who seeks justice tonight, come with me."
Night 12:
"This is where they belong, the base of the Mafia."
"Sir Mason, why did you bring us here? I am but a mere Escort."
"Why did you bring all of us? I'm a simple Citizen."
"Sir, I'm an Investigator, did you want my help?"
Sitting down, the Mason opened a crate, revealing its contents.
"Bottled Wine good Mason?" asked a young Spy
Reaching from within his pockets, the Mason took out his kerchief and a lighter. Inserting the kerchief within the bottle of Alcohol and setting it aflame, the Mason prepared.
"Tonight, we'll eradicate the Mafia from power. Those who have joined the Mafia deserve punishment for what they have done. Every single member must die, or they'll rise to power like what happened."
Finishing the sentence, he threw his burning bottle at the front entrance of the wooden mansion.
"Those of you who wish to participate and seek justice, do what I just did."
Within moments, all but one lone person repeated the actions of the Mason. During the next minute, the Mafia's continued to burn away. The sounds of screaming women and terrified young men could be heard, but the sorrow they were given was justified.
"This is wrong... Very wrong..." cried a young woman
"This isn't what Masons should do... These are their families... Why are you ki-"
*Boom*
The sound of a gunshot echoed within the distance as a young woman, a Spy, fell to the ground.
"This is Justice. If you can't accept it, then you will die."
As the screaming of people stopped and the mansion was reduced to ashes, the Mason and his new members walked to their headquarters.
"Tonight, nobody will repeat what they saw. From tonight on, we seek justice. Even if we have to resort to methods like these, this is justice. People may not accept us, but we know the truth. They have done us wrong, and we will correct what they did. Tonight, we become an Organization. We are better than they were, we kill because we have to. Tonight, we gain control."
Tonight... we become the Mafia..."
Morale of the story: Don't let Masons recruit other roles or else this will happen
