Summary
At the start of the setup, there is some trolling with hosts being swapped around and repicked repeatedly, which finally falls on one player, who starts the game. Then this happens:
Of course, the game doesn't start. I am more lenient on others because they didn't really start the train, given players started leaving immediately after Rachyl and Ocrina's train.
