Duties: Ladder Updates, S-FM Approval, Balance Consultant (subject to change)
Requirements: Skype, Good standing among community, FM Hosting Experience

Crypt will open up a temporary Applications subforum in the near future. All applications will be posted there. Please provide your Skype Username in the application. The rest of the application is what you feel will convince me to hire you; creativity is encouraged. Forum Mafia Experience is a requirement. If the Experience is on another site, please include a reference to your home site. MattZed, Crypt, and I will be reviewing these applications and providing further questions for prospects.

If I get two more people to support me, I will apply. Its an interesting query for me, but then again, I am am a very inexperienced host and I am not that good at knowing EV and how that translates into balance, which I think is a very important factor in this endeavor. The reason I am asking for more people to support me is that it will mean that people would actually want me for this position. There are some things that I am on reserver about though. One being that I am on a lot of different sites and committing so much to a site I don't have a whole bunch of experience knowing the meta of is a factor to consider.

But if I was staff making the hire, I would be looking for someone who is consistent, a good communicator, is a good player as well as being above average at setup spec (because you can learn balance given the time).
