Summary
Raptor (#12) receives the role of Framer, with the other members of the Mafia being #4 (Framer), #2 (Mafioso), and #13 (Consort). Nothing of note occurs on Day 1 or Day 2. On Day 3, #8 claims that Raptor is Mafia and the Town votes Raptor up to trial where he is found guilty by a 7-1 vote. After being found guilty, Raptor informs everyone that "2 4 and 13 are mafia". This is a clear example of intentional game-throwing. In death chat, he says "this should be fun to watch my allies die" further clarifying his intent to throw the game.

On Day 4, based off of Raptor's information, the Town lynches #13 (Consort). On Night 4, #4 (Framer) is killed by a Vigilante based on Raptor's information. Finally, on Day 5, the Town lynches #2 (Mafioso) once again based on Raptor's information, and the Town wins the game.

This was a clear example of intentional game-throwing, which for a first offense typically calls for a Watch List x 2. I have recommended that punishment here. Hopefully, this behavior does not continue in the future from Raptor.
