Lost all my points, can they be restored please?

Hi I lost all my points and achievements on mafia when i logged in one day. i was prompted to make a new name for the leaderboards. i didnt reinstal mafia or anything. i had enough points to be a pobe and have coloured names. can they be restored please? here is my m13bank file. i have still been playing mafia under a new leaderboards name, will that affect my m13bank file?
