Just noticed photo 2. Their car looks more smooshed in towards the front so I'm guessing they bumped you(causing the dents), latched on to your bumper and then ripped it off when they pulled away/braked.

There was a place where you could make a u-turn which someone was, there were a few cars ahead of me that had all completely stopped, so I came to a complete stop as well. 5-6 seconds later this guy hit me. It seems like he tried to swerve out of the way and hit my right side pretty hard. I was hoping my car would be totaled so I could cash out and buy something faster, but it's probably just going to be repaired and I'll lose $500 deductible and a few thousand off the resale value. Lose lose for everyone involved.

the streets in my city are literally not wide enough for the right lane to split for people wanting to make a right turn. also 70% of the populace is Asian and/or old, so u have slow drivers who still manage to be reckless
