    Crime and punishment suggestion for spammers.

    People who spam stuff should be placed on a list where there message limit is set to like 1 line every 20 seconds.

    example: Game loads, somebody spams:


    MASON LEADERMASON LEADERMASON LEADERMASON LEADERMASON LEADERMASON LEADER
    MASON LEADERMASON LEADERMASON LEADERMASON LEADERMASON LEADERMASON LEADER
    MASON LEADERMASON LEADERMASON LEADERMASON LEADERMASON LEADERMASON LEADER
    MASON LEADERMASON LEADERMASON LEADERMASON LEADERMASON LEADERMASON LEADER
    MASON LEADERMASON LEADERMASON LEADERMASON LEADERMASON LEADERMASON LEADER

    If that isn't possible, votekick list then. (I didn't see anything in crimes/punishments dealing with spam.)
