Hey I wasn't sure where to post this, and I realise in it's nature it looks rather contradictory. But let me explain.
I was trying to report a bank hacker, when I realise that I don't have permision to post new threads in the Bank Reviews section. "https://www.sc2mafia.com/forum/forumdisplay.php/274-Bank-Reviews" (It says so under my posting permisions)
I'm posting here (hoping its the right place) to ask: Is this supposed to be the case? Why am I not allowed to post? And how am I supposed to report bank hackers if this is how it supposed be?

That is a subforum for discussion. Please report bank hackers in the larger reports forum.

Need to post in the main area before Bank Reviews, it will be inviso to most others.

Ahhhh I see where my confusion was now. I went straight into bank reviews section, THEN saw the big annoucement, read it, and came out to the bank reviews section. As the only reference to location the annoucement makes is "Welcome to the reports forum!", I just assumed that was the only place the annoucement was present (as I'd overlooked the first one) and that I was in the right section.
Okay this all makes sense now, sorry for bothering you.

Dont worry had the same problem as I made my first report and thought I need to do it Punished Player & Appeals lol. Maybe we should make it a bit more clear.^^ (For people that dont read forum descriptions or just overread them.)

Moved thread out of Wiki Discussion and changed the title to something more clear.
Yeah it is rather confusing to make your first report, because the posts are hidden in the main report section it dosen't look like it is a place you can/should post.
I tried to help with this on the wiki by placing a link straight to the "Post New Thread" page.
