Edit: Okay I've spotted this guy for the 2nd time now, he apparently edited his achievements along with his wins and games played count. Also there is another guy named Resurrection and he also seems to have hacked his bank.

ive been told the difference is when on a different computer, the map automatically puts these players up to 20000points regardless of wins or games played.
