Invalid Roles Setup

Okay, I am a new member to the mafia forums and I made this account to bring up a bug I encountered on the setup I created. Now, I assume it to be a flaw in my setup, but what happened really didn't make sense.

The role list for setup was:
-Doctor
-Sheriff
-Bus Driver
-Jailor
-Town Protective
-Town Government
-Town Power
-Town Investigative
-Disguiser
-Mafia Killing
-Mafia Support
-Arsonist
-Jester
-Neutral Benign
-Neutral Evil

(This setup was meant to be very chaotic, but still balanced and fun.)

The actual roles at the end of the game turned out to be:
-Doctor
-Doctor (Town Protective)
-Sheriff
-Bus Driver
-Bus Driver (Town Power)
-Lookout (Town Investigative)
-Jailor
-Citizen (Town Government)
-CITIZEN (This role should not have been added, but apparently was.)
-Disguiser
-Godfather (Mafia Killing)
-Arsonist
-Jester
-Witch (Neutral Evil)
-Survivor (Neutral Benign)

Now, I can admit that the new Role Weight Factor confused me and it was probably set wrongly, but the Mafia Support role was completely replaced by a Citizen. I was able to set the game up just fine and hit the start button. However, when the game began, it said "ERROR 002 - INVALID ROLES LIST".

The game checks for this sort of thing, by the way. It will say that the setup was unstable and give a failure chance.

I uploaded the replay for you, since describing it isn't quite as easy as just showing you what happened. I figured I should bring this matter to your attention and also ask if it was the setup being wrong of the game bugging out. If my setup is wrong, can I find a way to fix it?

As a side note, I could do almost anything you need me to answer or do.

What weights did you use for the mafia roles and what options did you pick for the random mafia slots?

I have edited the save since this, but I found what I set it to originally. I don't feel like listing the entire thing I did, but I will upload the replay of making the game itself.

The replay doesn't show enough due to the limitations of the sc2 engine. Just tell me those things I asked for, or I cannot diagnose this.

By the way, I will say that bugs like that can happen if someone leaves during a crucial second of the setup after the interface disappears and before the setup is displayed on the top (like "Setup of the Day").

Did you look at the 2nd replay I sent? It shows everything you'll need to know.

Also, side note, There were no leavers in the game when it started.

I looked and I couldn't see anything that I needed to see. The replay doesn't capture checkboxes and several other things that I needed to see.

However, based on your other replay, the setup shouldn't be broken because the calculated chances for the mafia roles look correct. The only thing that could have caused this was a SNAFU with player totals.

Update:

I played this setup again with triad replacing mafia, but same roles and such. Once again, the triad/mafia support role was replaced by a citizen. Also, the weight distribution was altered a bit, but same thing happened.
