Maybe you're eating the wrong rice or prepare it on a wrong way? Rice cooker is still the best way to do it.

You guys like it spicy? Try spicy cucumber salad!

    1 big cucumber
    2 teaspoons salt
    2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
    1 tablespoon light soy sauce
    3 teaspoons vinegar
    1 slice ginger
    1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
    1/2 red chili pepper

    • Peel and cut cucumber into 10cm long segments; cut into radial stripes; remove seeds (that stuff is inedible)
    • place strips in sieve and sprinkle salt over them (removes water and makes them crisp)
    • after 30 min, remove access salt and water with paper towel start prepare the dressing
    • vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, brown sugar (a little), red chili pepper (fresh or preserved)
    • place cucumber strips in bowl and pour dressing over, cover with cling wrap and place in fridge overnight

    yumm!
