I've never eaten people, but I think it's okay to consume human flesh in desperate times or some sort of tradition (as long as it's not obtained by like, murder).

If everyone is either pro-life or pro-choice, then

if a person is pro-life, she/he will not eat people;

if a person is pro-choice, he/she knows human flesh is one worst food resources on the world with extra fat, heavy metal elements etc.

Therefore, either ones are ignorant enough will eat other people or culturally ones have to eat other people for special occasion.
