Moving from EU to NA

hey there, since there is less players day by day at the european server i'd love to know if its possible to copy the points from the eu-server to the na-server. i'd like to play on the us server permanently but i don't want to lose my ~13000 points.

I have wondered if this is possible as well. Not that I need it but it would be nice if this was allowed as a one time thing to help players change regions
