You get casino and all the upgrades. Then the grandma's mood goes from awaken to unpleasant to angry.
And then you lose.

Grandmacalypse happens after certain upgrades but you can buy another upgrade to stop them once and for all from an outbreak but it costs you permanent 5% CPS as a side effect.

Damn this game. I don't even follow how many CpS I have, but I'm close to having 200 Grandmas. For now I've reactivated grandmapocalypse to get some additional achievements from appeasing the matriarchs.

No matter what, antimatter converters are the most efficient.
Unless you are going for achievements, since achievements give added cookies per second thanks to the cat upgrades, antimatter is the best.
Time machines are also better than Grandmas.
