Is this game throwing? Should i make report?

Okay here is the deal... Just want to know if this is against the rules or gamethrowing/griefing?

There were 6 players left, 3 cult 2 mafia, 1 executioner. The cult/executioner lynch the godfather, after that happens the executioner asks if the mafia would like the win, at this time there is 3 cult 1 exec 1 mafia turned Godfather. The executioner also stats that if there are any cult in the death lobby they should leave because they are not going to win. The new godfather kills one of the cult. The cult cannot convert anymore, the executioner and godfather are immune in this setup plus we dont have the votes, the executioner cuold have ended the game right here by putting up the other mafia, but instead, The executioner makes the game last 2 more nights while the GF can kill off the cult until they finally vote up the last cult 2 full days later? Just curious, since he is a neurtral role, would this be considered gamethrowing/greifing? If so I will make the report up.

No, it is not gamethrowing. Executioner and Cultist are seperate teams. They can win together but they are not required to.

Edit: Also, executioner can win with godfather as well.
