It's pretty clear that he abused the lag-screen chat to leak information from the dead chat.



On another note, on day 3 TheWickedEnd pm's the mayor saying that 13 is kidnapper(he is 13 and is actually jailor).
At this point the mayor is already a cultist, the pm just gives him an excuse to lynch 13 I guess.
