If you have lost your points and want a point restoration, please post in this thread according to the following template:

Account Name:

Your Realm: (NA, EU, SEA)
Approximate Points before reset:

{Important} Please include a replay that shows you have those points.

If you cannot produce a replay, we will attempt to use our database to find a value to restore your points to.(In this case we need your Account ID)
Note that this is a last resort, if we do not have you in our database and you cannot produce a replay, there is nothing that can be done.

Update(14/06/2013):
The amount of points that can be added to your account is 90% of what you originally had.
This is to counteract the fact you can earn achievements and farm points all over again.

Notes:
-It is not possible to restore achievements.
-If you still have your older installation of StarCraft II with your bank files intact or for some reason and still have access to your old bank files, please follow this guide to transfer your points to a new computer instead of asking for a point-restore in this thread.
It is faster and makes your stats exactly the same as before. Click Here to visit the guide (Titled "Backing up bank files")
-Please read the guide on backing up bank files(see above) after you get a point-restore to prevent such a thing from happening again.

After I confirm your points, please contact an admin to arrange for your points to be restored.
Point restorations will be done by Admins in-game. Current admins that can do this are Raptorblaze, Creedkingsx, or Slaol

Right so:

Brigade's points are confirmed to be 6086, he resides on the NA server.
Karveck's points can be restored to 6000, he resides on the EU server.
Goude's points can be restored to 8000, re resides on the EU server.

i second this i dont have replay of his points before but i just had a game with him and he seems like he knew what he was doing i refered him to the website ill attach the game but i dont think it will have his points. i have also seen void rusher in sevral games before i dont rememebr points but he did play before

I forgot about doing an SC2Banks backup when reinstalling StarCraft II, so I lost all my replays as well as the bank file.

Not being in the database doesn't necessarily mean anything about the actually person, which is why I don't like the use of the word because it suggests we have records of everyone but that is not the case, nor is it a full record of people either.

UPDATE: The topic is hidden to me, although at the bottom of a search it clearly says "Results 1 to 1 of 2" but the second created post does not appear. You guys can probably access the private forum where the report I created is stored.

The highest confirmed points that you have earned is 517 in our records, that's the highest we can restore to. Doesn't seem worth the time for either party to me.
You have to produce a replay that proves you had 10k for us to restore it to 10k.
PM raptorblaze to arrange a time for a restore or just bump into him in -Mafia- chat channel some time. Refer him to this post.

New computer will not affect it.
