FM Player Rankings.

[Slaol]

Disregarding Falsetruth's old point system, I would like to make a composite ranking of player voted lists for who they think are the best players. People like me or Damus have shown to be decent, but are obviously not Yayap or CmG (aside from me physically being Yayap).

System will work like such.

Example:
#1: CmG (5 points for this ranking)
#2: Yayap (4 points for this ranking)
#3: Cryptonic (3 points for this ranking)
#4: Damus (2 points for this ranking)
#5: Slaol (1 point for this ranking)

This ranking is really not complete, and gets less points for being less complete. Slaol would recieve 1 point for being last on the rankings, Damus would get 2 for being next to last, Yayap 3 for being 3rd from last, and CmG would get 4 points. If someone were to post a ranking that included 5 people, that would be deemed more intricate, and garner more points. Any adjustments to this system are also welcome, but this is how the AP Poll works for sports rankings, and I think that is fine (aside from the personal opinions of the AP voters). Once people have votes, I will edit the OP here and shift around the rankings.

Smaller rankings are also allowed so that you don't have to reach, say, 25 people. But the more effort put forth earns more points, also.

Any opinion on how one might vote for themselves is strictly up to them. I clearly have me at #1.

Points are awarded for being deemed better by the community. One gets them by being higher on someone's rankings. In the example CmG is #1, I am last. I receive only 1 point for being last on the list. where as he receives 5 for being fifth from the bottom. (points are scored from bottom up)

Edit: Effectively just flip the ranking, and that is how many points someone gets.

I don't really have a preference for kills. Sure we can target people that we perceive to be more of a threat, but that's boring. I say we just take out the most annoying and useless people and enjoy the game xD

And for that reason, -vote to kill Brendan (his scumhunting doesn't threaten me in the slightest, it would just be fun to see him die mwahahahahahaha)

Longer rankings get more points. The more people that are ranked the more people get on the overall rankings. Put more people into your list intelligently (not like Bruno), and the top people count for more.
Step 1: Last place = 1 point
Step 2: Go up 1 place on a list, add 1 point.
Step 3: Repeat from Step 2 until done.
