BUT, if there is an image board made completely just to let people do what they want why would Damus support that, they will just do the same things and no way to be punished than, and seems only reason "The sub-forum which will not be mentioned" was taken down was because of this.

I mean, people who can't control their actions because of their emotions = immature... immaturity =/= dumb NECESSARILY, but there is a very good correlation between people who are immature and people who are fucking stupid.
