Like... in common time (4/4), which is the time signature, there are only 4 quarter notes per measure.
What you have there is not only 1 hand, but there's literally no rhythm. If you were to play it like that it would be very hard to follow and all the rhythm would be exactly the same throughout the whole song.
Quarter note = 200? You're literally going about 1.5 times as fast as any given electronic dance music, lolol.
