Regardless of the circumstances, he chose to throw the game away. It's enough collusion that the end result would have /probably/ been the same, but it's needless collusion nonetheless.

I also don't approve of Kira who is a keeper for encouraging this, I don't think it's enough to report him but that's on your end to decide.

After stalling a bit to make sure all were doused, I executed one of the last few I did not douse with my confirmed status as airtight proof to speed up the process. I burned all of them while they were none the wiser. Won as a "confirmed townie" arson and getting an achievement to boot. The night was no longer cold.
