In the late game, once all players have figured out to stop visiting each other, electro maniac can no longer kill.

To prevent this: Electromaniac should be able to kill if he visits a charged person a second time, while this does step on poisoner's toes a bit it is different since they need 2 nights per kill.

Another buff idea i have is that if a charged person visits Electro, he will kill the charged person (but not himself).
