Lover loses still. I had this situation before. It 3v1v1, with three triads and 1 town and 1 lover. Lover loved town, and town was lynched. Game ended before lover died, and Lover didn't win.

A while ago, it was decided that if a player waive their anonymity by choosing a well-known name, they should accept being targeted by other players. "Acutal evidence" refers to confirmed evidence. That is, people can't target you if they know for sure you are confirmed marshall (this doesn't count meta things like prefer or blacklist since not everyone knows about them).

1. It seems in most of those replays you did use a recognized name, when killy jailed and execute you. The exception is replay 2, where you didn't use the names.
2. You say that killy knows your lists. You claimed sheriff, lookout in some of those which are not in your possible roles, which he might used against you.
