As we discussed, please continue blocking communication with that user in any way that you can. More than likely this customer is just attemtping to get a response out of you, and will try anything to get that response to validate the amount of effort that they've spent on the situation.

Try your best to halt all communication with the player, and continue to use in-game features to both ignore, and report them.

Additionally, while in-game, you can also make use of the 'F-11' key to block chat during the game. Anything to limit your urge to respond back to this player is a good thing.

Dawgy went on to say that they have only found 1 filed report of harassment (two days ago) , which is inaccurate because both he and I submitted a ticket last night. They also recommended that we use a command in game to prevent any further communication with said player by typing /squelch TerraNMadMan. He also said that they (Blizzard) can not restrict players from joining lobbies.

So in terms of handling the situation it rests on you guys. Dawgy and I play Mafia to have fun, and it's the only arcade game we play, but with on going harassment it's not really. Could I change my name if this individual is in the game? Yes, I could. But why should I be forced, or why should you be forced for that matter to name change because of griefing players or players that want to harass you? It will just prevent him from killing me or targeting me. It won't prevent him from saying "Vicky is a slut" "I'm the town slut" Or him creating a name.

Dawgy was telling me to post this for him since he can't see the thread. He wanted to suggested that maybe it would be a good idea to restrict certain names that conflict with Blizzards TOS, and TOU. We've been in games where "Nigger" or "Hitler" have been used, and it's a clear violation of the harassment / naming policy. He continuously calls me names, and it sounds childish, but at some point ignoring it doesn't work.
