I think it would be nice if maybe, juuust maybe, players who have played a lot of mafia (maybe 1250 games and up) or have a lot of points (maybe 19200 and up) were allowed to see the secrets of the R&D forum. :3

I've actually seen this happen before. The executioner became a jester since the player who was his target died. Also, he knew exactly who the disguiser was.
