Why isn't this in circlejerk?
Go and play a shooter/rts/moba together and sign up for a league. Building teams for a FM game doesn't make much sense.
5 People team sign up in one game. Of course some of them will win and earn points. This will totaly average out in the end. The more people play the more points they get. Ladder ratings for FM games only tell you who plays the most and not how good they are.
Just imagine all the bias this will produce. So lets say teammate A is a killing neutral, now he has to decide who he kills at night. His choices are. Teammate B, Teammate C, Teammate D and random guy.
Of course he is going to kill the random guy to maximise the point outcome for his own team.
This will just generate a new terrible meta where people wont have as much fun as before.
Please keep your "social grouping" somewhere else.

That's why i posted the duke nukem pic with 2 guns. Ohhhh the irony :D
I really wish i had more time for this game but sadly i didn't. So semi trolling was the way to go. To be honest Duke was hard to pull off in this game. He is the best recruit cult can have if he survives until the end because the 3 votes are accounted for the winning objective. Staying low profile was mandatory. I couldn't risk trying to look to pro town otherwise i would have ended up as a recruit/kill target.
After the Sanctum opened the game was different. Sadly cult was already obliterated and the neutrals took over. Funnily enough i called most scum out and got completely ignored all the time. :D
Was it just me or was that game really demanding? The game was overloaded with content. Not really manageable with a working rl and an anti-eu timezone.
Good game everyone!

If God created nature, then it would stand to reason that nature would have elements of God's character/personality in it. I believe it's said in the Christian religions that God created Man "in his own image," which, since it doesn't seem to really mean LOOK like him, perhaps means ACT like him. Which if it does, I guess you gotta say he really kinda failed there ^.^
A different argument: If God created nature, why would he create a nature with "rules" that he didn't agree with?
Good and Evil is just an invention of mankind. Omnipotent beings are free of it. I highly doubt a god feels a need to judge anyone. Why would a god give a flying fuck about mankind? Why would he judge them after they die? Humanity just thinks too highly of itself while watching how others die to starvation, war and sickness.
Why would any god "love" us? Lol. I don't even...
Tricking yourself into believing that there is something waiting for you after you died just to make your life more comfortable. Yeah. Yeah... The human mind is a bitch.

People pray for the dead out of egoism. They do it because they hope that it achieves something good for the decayed so they can feel better afterwards. That's basicly the main reason why they do it.

Lol. How we have any power to fix that. Very funny. You can solely blame Blizzard for it or the troll community. There is nothing the staff can do about it and if you would have thought about the issue for 5 seconds you would have come to the same conclusion.
Anyone else with unrealistic problems the staff can't solve?
So the end justifies the means? I still think it's poor gameplay if the strategy isn't contained within the game. Who remembers back when the rolecards weren't at the top? People who were jailed/on trial were constantly being asked to read their rolecard to confirm their roles. It was a strategy that produced dependable results nine times of ten - a lot more often than claiming to be a hacker does - but it was discouraged and eventually made impossible because it wasn't meant to be part of the game.
I agree with Raptor in that while I wouldn't feel sorry for someone modkilled for using this strategy, it can't be restricted. But I'm not going to contribute to it because I think it takes away from the spirit of the game.
Needs several nights to gather any sort of valuable information. Seems underpowered. Most people will just die where the cat went to. No information provided. Kind of like the Arsonist. The problem is the Arsonist doesn't need a ton of town alive to lynch evils. He just burns them himself.
The time where this role got his information most of town will be already dead. Then the question is how useful that info is to begin with. It has an easy way too autoconfirm itself though. Check 3 people get your info back on N4 reveal everything on Day 4.
Don't see how it improves the game.
