I'm here to argue on behalf of vig and dark and saying a perma ban is insane for these reasons:

There is no reason this should be a perma ban. If you want a 2 month ban for throwing a crappy teammate under the bus that didn't know how to play his role, fine, I guess, but they shouldn't be perma baned.

1. I was banned from the game an extra week because you nut-ticklers don't remove bans after their expirations, we actually have to contact you morons to do your fucking jobs. Imagine if a prison held an inmate for an extra week because the guards didn't check his cell, you are just supposed to say, "whoops, sorry" and go from there? I was supposed to be unbanned on October 18th and was prevented from playing the game for an extra six days because you borderline retards don't check your own ban list, and then you ignore PM's I sent to two of your retarded admins, with no answers. If anything, I should have more time credited than one week because you idiots don't remember to life bans.

2. How the fuck is there a ban from a supposed offense/offenses that happened more than 5 weeks ago? Ignoring the fact that there is ZERO EVIDENCE that anything immoral took place (I have never skyped in a game of Mafia in my life) it takes you nut jockeys 5 weeks to refview a case and issue a judgment? The fucking Puerto Rican DMV works on a faster fucking time frame than that. I don't even remember the games/accusations against me, and yet you dipshits still offer a consequence long after anyone can remember what actually fucking happened. You either A) Need more admins, B) Need admins that are jacking off to do their fucking jobs, or C) have a fucking statue of limitations on when someone can be accused. If you don't want to do your fucking jobs fine (I know those imaginary girlfriends take up most of your time), but how the fuck can you issue a judgmenet 6 weeks after something happened?

I wasn't trying to insult anyone; I am just saying that I am concerned that the limited cognitive abilities that this particular staff member possess' may prevent him or her from rendering fair judgments in cases of alleged leave-training (which, again, I deny and feel there is NO evidence that proves anything like that took place). Again, I would love for someone to explain to me why the staff members who are reviewing cases do not know how to spell. Can someone please explain that to me?

I contest these spurious and unsubstantiated accusations. Mafia, at it's heart, is a game about democracy and social justice. The room has the ability to select a save that is acceptable to all. The fact that 5 people left (1/3 of the room) tells you that many people were upset with the setup. The host was warned by several players that picking a bad save would result in people leaving. Players should never be forced to play games that involve terrible saves.

Furthermore, I have a huge problem with the staff member that reviewed this game and rendered the decision. For starters, he does not know to spell very well, and I doubt he speaks English as a first language or above a 7th grade level. I feel it is unfair to have human beings of inferior competence reviewing games where they can render consequences: if he doesn't use the right form of "break" and does not have an understanding of homophones, than I don't think this person should be reviewing games.

Furthermore, I believe I have the right to face my accuser and share my side of the story before a consequence should be rendered (which I have just done above). I do not think I should have been added to any watch list just because a poor host selected a save that 1/3 of the room rejected. I respectfully demand my consequence me rescinded and that the moderator that reviewed my case go back and graduate from junior high school.
