During his execution GREEDY quits the game. Terrornoob also says "INNO" two times. This probably makes 12 start spamming "GET SHREK NEXT HE IS THE ARSONIST" until night starts.

Terrornoob: Terrornoob has 15 games played. He doesn't seem particularly smart. He seems to play the game "decently" until when 12 spams that he's Arsonist. He appears to not be happy about that and decides to spam that 12 is Triad. His anger towards 12 eventually gets him lynched, but he actually claims his role and cooperates with 4 who claims Confirmed Town.

If he were not such a new player I would not let this slide.
