I am currently Silver rank in ladder play. I have played I believe a total of 15 games this year, and the last time I played prior to that was in early 2012 (or late 2011). Doesn't seem indicative of a maphacker. Pretty sure player match history is open to public, so take a look if you so desire. As far as SC2 Mafia goes, the time frame is pretty similar, I initially played some in 2011 (maybe 2012) and just made a return about a month or so ago. That's enough to discredit the story since you use "years" as a reference of time. Don't believe I've had any real interaction with Thugnificient, though I don't believe I'm a fan of him due to some event that I can't even remember. Maybe he talked shit about my drinking game.

Appeal.

First, I will address the beginning of the game spam. The purpose this serves is to keep all evil actions away from me. The assumption that most people will make is that I am either a Jester or a Veteran. In all the games that I have used this method, I have almost never been killed on Night 1. The mass majority of people will recognize it as baiting spam and as a result ignore me. Even more beneficial, is it can sometimes result in a doctor or bodyguard targeting me, as I appear like I am an easy target, which results in a benefit for the Town from the start.

Second, I will address the trial which seems to be the main cause of the report. From what I have gathered, there is no rule stating that while on a trial a role and last will must be provided. While it is customary and expected, there is no actual rule (that I can find) specifying it must be done. Given the situation in this game, I was the last Protective Town left alive (as far as I could tell). Revealing myself to be the doctor would have 100% guaranteed a night action taken against me resulting in my own death. I was put on Trial due to my lack of speaking, which is not a true reason to lynch anyone. I stand by my decision not to reveal my role, as keeping what I presume to be the last doctor alive was the most important key to winning the game.

My main reason for this appeal is because if this is considered "game-throwing" that is telling me that you are not policing based on the desire to lose the game, but on the specific play style used. I had no desire to lose this game and made every action based on what I felt would lead to the best result. While my lack of role reveal may be outside of the standard established, it was necessary given the circumstance as it would result in presumed death otherwise. Furthermore, the spam at the beginning of the game is a strategy that I have used many times to great success. I do not feel that a player's play style should be policed, as each person has their own unique strategy they use.
