This might be an uncommon request... but can his bann get extended? He is joining lobbies insisting he isn't banned, only to get bann kicked and causing leave trains and lobbies remade even after being linked to the bann manager and this thread.

I do report to Blizzard... but over quite a few years I really really really think they do not care whatsoever in regards to customs and arcade mode happenings.

I looked over what can be reported... saw that names that can bug out the game are reported but what about very racist names or players who just spam hate speech all game? Its not listed but how is it not punishable? Its so tiring seeing the N word spammed every other game.
