Purple box middle of screen + yellow text spam

Hello,

Not sure if this has ever happened before:

(9:55) Purple box appears in the middle of screen and remains there until end of game.
(12:35) Text "Anti-Lag vote called" appears
(12:46) Text "Anti-Lag mode activated. Multiple cosmetic items removed/disabled" appeared
(14:16) Text "Anti-Lag vote call has been disabled" appeared/ multiple times

I have a feeling that an admin may have accidentally caused this since there was also the anti-lag spam.
