DC have some amazing films. But they are the animated and not live action. So many stories and examples for live action and how to make them good and DC have messed it up so much.
Honestly, i think Deadshot was cast perfectly. El Diablo had a real character arc, going from totally isolated to the hero. What ripped the movie to shreds was the dialogue. Whoever wrote the script should be castrated
