Summary: On day 3, the timer vanished, the voting/player interface completed disappeared, and the game was unplayable. Unsure if bug or a hackable exploit. Thought I would submit the replay just in case there's something of note.

This seems to me as a bug rather than a player report, Server-side hacks are rare and hard to perpetrate. I'd suggest posting in Bug reports. https://www.sc2mafia.com/forum/forum...ia-Bug-Reports
Agreed, this is a bug. Certain events can break the game during transition phases.
