enchantress (player 10 in game) tried to repel dh (player 7 in game), resulted in a wall of text saying "The person you repelled attempted to visit you", then the next line said that the enchantress repelled herself instead. As a result she was killed by the dh.
some other details: the enchantress selected targets at the last moment, she was also extorted the night before.
