Nowhere does it say 2 targets per night. It says up to two bodies. Given all the other roles with numerically limited abilities for the whole game there shouldn't be any doubt about what this means. It isn't ambiguous. Add to that the stated example for a command lists only 1 -target, not two.
If in the unlikely event that I do actually have 2 charges per night then fuck Elixir. That would make it a fucking joke of a role-card and consider this my -suicide in that eventuality. There is little excuse for 1) not noticing and or 2) not informing a player that their role-card is retarded when he is clearly not submitting a night action to save a charge, and then only submitting one target every other night.
