Rev's Old Computer: Gigabyte GA-MA790X-DS4 Motherboard

It has two Pci-E 2.0 slots (single at 16x, dual at 8x) and an AM2+ socket (supports AM2, AM2+, and AM3 processors). DO NOT USE ANY PROCESSOR THAT EATS 120W OR MORE. This board has been known to catch FIRE if you use a high-power quad core. Make sure your CPU has a lower wattage. The motherboard, with some connectors, the CPU/fan, and the RAM still attached (these things are not included with the motherboard).

Any other known defects or issues with this particular unit? I read about some soldering issues but that doesn't happen to all units, of course.

The motherboard itself has been working fine for me.

This isn't to say that this model of motherboard has worked fine for other people who have it. Check the Newegg reviews of this thing (paste into the search bar) and you're in for a sad but hilarious read.

That's why I'm giving this away for free with the rest of the computer.

I did read them and saw one about soldering so that's why I asked. :)
