Elector Rework

Neutral(Evil).

I don't entirely know how old elector worked but whatever.
-Can no reduce someone to zero votes
-Now forges extra votes
-Extra votes are visible (so maybe giving yourself 4 votes isnt a good idea)

Elector has 2 buttons (similar to BD interface)

-The left button will remove a vote IF they have 2 or more votes
-The right button will give the target an extra vote
-Can use both abilities on the same night (maybe?)

At night elector is shown how many votes each person has next to their names (so u dont need to keep count).

Cannot tamper with the mayor or judge's votes. Elector will be given an error message and the judge/mayor will be notified someone attempted to tamper with their votes.
