So If I don't have S-FM experience yet and I want to host one, can I submit a setup for approval then host one after I play a forum mafia game?
Well, actually, the rule that you have to play is for you to get experience and think through your setup more carefully and wisely, in my opinion.
You can post a game in setup approvals IF you're 100% sure you will be playing a game and then attempting to host. Otherwise, it's just clutter. Also, It won't enter the approval process until you've completed all the requirements to host an S-FM.
