i'm the head vigilante. i stood up against akira. raptor isn't as bad as akira for the fact that: Akira spammed my infraction list. He did too much bitching on the same people. Raptor doesn't do this.

I usually give light infractions or warnings because I'd rather people stop than be outright banned the moment they screw up. But some people are getting up there on my list.
