I think you were let down by the other players. I think the lesson everyone needs to take away from this FM is that sometimes you can assume too much.

I mean, this was the bane of many other vaults too. Tarkin was lured onto Eddy on night 1 when Eddy died and this was never addressed, because Owen assumed he was going to be attacked and assumed certain things about the role list. Leia assumed there was a third BoS member in Vault 103, in fact she assumed many things about blocking/drugs/etc. that weren't true which led to poor old Larkin getting lynched.

There are simply so many oddities occurring in the night actions that it's difficult to grade anyone's performance.

So it's not like in Sc2Mafia.
In Sc2Mafia the bodies are switched and the victim cleaned.
Example:
Roger(Disguiser) targets Brees(Mortician).
This happens visible to everybody
Roger will come up as cleaned in the graveyard.
If Brees gets killed/lynched he will show up as Disguiser in the graveyard.

A Coroner targeting Roger would get Brees' original role in Sc2Mafia (because the bodies are switched) along with all of Brees' targets before he died and Brees' last will.
A Coroner targeting the killed/lynched Brees would get the role Disguiser with his target being Brees (ergo himself) and Brees' last will, if the Disguiser didn't change it afterwards.

So what happens here seems to be:
A Coroner targeting Roger would get the role Disguiser and the targets of the Disguiser (the 2 gunshot targets, Heihachi and Bragg, and Brees).
A Coroner targeting the killed/lynched Brees would get Brees' original role along with the targets of Brees before he died and all additional targets of the Disguiser after that.

Is this correct? Which last wills show up in which case?

In that situation you are correct, Brees role and targets are only found by the Coroner if they target Brees. If Brees were to die for some reason then it would be the latest last will by that character published (probably by the Disguiser) - Brees' actual last will is discovered by a Coroner. If Brees gets cleaned after the disguise then his role can still be found by a Coroner - the Coroner will be given both the roles and a list of all the night action targets.

But just so we're clear, the real Coroner is now dead and there are no other Coroners in the game so this is all a moot point :)

Well, it's not a completely moot point. If the mechanics were different, new Monica (Roger) would have messed up in the results on Yoshimitsu, which would have resulted in an easy lynch on her(/him).

Disguiser is less of a Disguiser than a Mind-Hijacker, as he takes the body of his victim with all it's previous actions. His old shell remains completely intact (last will, actions, role).

The mechanic in this game works, but I have to admit that I prefer the one from sc2 as it makes more "sense". It's just renaming Roger to Monica and vice versa and you can get the info about the Disguiser's victim as soon as it is dead.

So Monica is the only one to have no chance to be the Disguiser as the appointee can appoint himself Gunsmith.

Getting the free lynch rescinded will be difficult for Beru since he was interviewed twice in a row and didn't answer last night's interview.

It seems the radio interview/free lynch mechanic must be doing something right, because I have people complaining that it's too harsh and people complaining that it's not harsh enough :P If Beru would rather be forced to answer radio interview questions and be forced to play a major part during the day chat while under pressure of a free lynch rather than take the Wicket approach and say the bare minimum to get by then that's his choice.
