What Successful Strategies Have You Used?

First game, I rolled survivor from a basic neutral.
However, instead of claiming Suvivor, I claimed Mayor. Day 2, town put me on the stand and I went "You guys are dumb, I'm the Mayor. | _vote | =vote | _vote |".
And I was voted innocent 6-4. And from then on, everybody thought I was Jester and I was never attacked.
So it got to the point where there was only 1 SK, me, and 2 towns. So I came clean before the night and told everyone I was survivor and that I was voting with the Serial Killer. So that night, the Serial Killer attacked the Veteran and he died, sadly. But I still won, leaving the town to say they're gonna report me for gamethrowing.
It was quite funny.



Second game, I rolled Serial Killer from a Basic Neutral.
So I decided to go with the "don't attack" method. I have tried this before, but I am either jailed or checked by a sheriff. This time, I someone tried to random lynch me day 2, so I claimed survivor.
Day 3, the investigator died and claimed the red was a loner. So, I pressured a vote on him because I didn't want him to be a witch and control me to kill someone and reveal that there was a serial killer.
So, it finally got down to 2 town, 2 mafia (no gf), and me.
That night, the Mafia attacked me, I was lucky I "vested". ;)
then, I told the mafia I would vote with them if they revealed, but they wouldn't so I just voted someone up and inno'd him to try to learn the teams.
He ended up being mafia, and the other mafia member abstained, so he got lynched.. then, feeling dumb, the living mafia member left the game (If i was survivor, he still could've won!).
So, that night, I killed the doctor and in the morning is was me and 1 town, and then "The Serial Killer has Won" appeared. and everyone was amazed; saying I was the best SK they've ever seen LOL :shy:



I got the SK strategy off this website, so thank you for that one guys!
But, Survivor wifoming jester wifoming mayor was so unexpected, and it was such a hilarious game.

Maybe i'll upload the 2 replays sometime lol.

Whenever I get survivor, it is usually an easy win.

As Executioner claim Bus Driver as soon as the Sheriff calls out a Mafia member. Say you bussed the claimed Mafia with your target. The Mafia should back you up to keep their buddy alive and your target gets lynched.

As Jester claim Spy, when you can't confirm PMs, automatic lynch.

As Jester PM somebody at random, preferably a confirmed Town, tell them you are the Witch and you know they are Mafia. That Town member will then out you to the Town resulting in your lynch.

Obviously no plan is fool proof so bad stuff can happen. For example the Jailor might jail you and execute or the Vigilante could shoot you but all in all this seems to work fairly often for me.

Claim invest, get someone lynched, go on about how they are fools and you are executioner and won. When you are really scum. Comes in handy

Claimed going AFK. Erase and disguise as a person with an AFK name N1. GF doesn't kill. Stayed AFK the rest of the game.

lol! That's the only downside...when the neutrals all die ^^ it's helped me stay alive as mafia until the end at least %90 of the time. then the mafia just kills town and neutrals side with mafia and towns like wtf

I told him that with only one random town left, it was unlikely he was doctor. So the real invest and the rest of the mafia all voted him off, and he was SK.
Then the next night, we killed a doctor.
I was like "well, this is awkward" but it was 3v3 so we won lol

Another good strategy, if spy isn't excluded, is to say "I'm gonna pretend to be either sheriff or invest tomorrow and say someone is mafia or serial killer". Then, hope the sheriff or invest outs someone and the spy tries to lynch him.

I've tried this about 10 times... only 2 games had a spy, and only once did it work lol

so we lynched him and he was sk
then the next day, he was like "I'm detective, I followed y to (deadguy)"
so we lynched him, and he was godfather
Then, on day three, he claimed investigator and that I have weapons.
So town lynched my and I was witch.

Then the mafia shot him and he was jester.

Jesters have amazing luck when they're "sheriffs" -_-

I've tried this before and it's hard to pull off because many other faggot townies want the spy to answer their own PM's.

As Jester, If there is a confirmed Veteran I claim Veteran day 1.

Mafia will NEVER attack you and veteran will counter claim you pretty fast. Somebody will probably visit you regardless of your claim and if you're really lucky, you can get the real veteran lynched before town lynches you.

Favourite thing to do.
