Can't upload files to the forum

Trying to report the massive cheating and gamethrowing I'm seeing in games, but the forum's upload capabilities are gone. I can't upload anything---when I click Manage Attachments on the bottom it just pops up an empty screen.

Did someone forget to pay the web hosting bills?

Can't upload again. You can select a file from the Browse button but when you hit Upload it does nothing. I tried deleting some of my uploaded files from the past in case this was a storage issue. It's not.

when you click upload, it should appear in the bottom section of the upload box. Anything that is in that section is attached to your post when you press "Insert Inline"
