At the beginning of the program, each participant is issued a metal tracking collar that will detonate if there are no kills within any 48-hour period. The Program ends when only one faction remains. Battle Royale S-FM FAQ

Q: Can the Thief and Graverobber win together?
A: Yes, but they can also win solo.

Q: Do the Thief and Graverobber share a night chat?
A: No, and they will not know each others identities.

Q: Does armor function like an autovest?
A: No. You must PM the host use armor when you wish to use a piece of armor you have received.

Q: Can bodyguards choose to keep an eye on a player to possibly survive a duel in this setup?
A: No. If a bodyguards target is attacked, they will die. Bodyguards cannot be healed.

Q: What happens if a thief or graverobber steals an autovest? Does it have to be used the following night (for the thief)?
A: No. If a thief or graverobber steals an autovest, it remains passively on them until activated. Note: If a thief steals an autovest, it will no longer be on the citizens dead body to be graverobbed. This will not be distinguished in the graveyard.

Q: Can a thief and a graverobber both steal an item from the same power role (once while alive, once while dead)?
A: If the corpse has not been janitored or coronered, yes.

Q: Can a thief target a graverobber and vice versa?
A: They can, but they will find their target has no item to steal and will not pick up any additional abilities.

Q: Does the godfather always perform the kill?
A: Any member of the mafia may perform a kill, but the hidden mafia roles will have to sacrifice any other night actions in order to do so.

Q: Are there any roles that kill roleblockers?
A: No.

Q: Can a thief or graverobber with the gunsmith/armorsmith ability target themselves?
A: No.

Q: Do you have to give up your normal night action to shoot a gunsmith gun?
A: No. Gunsmith guns may be used in addition to any normal night actions a player has.

Q: Will a lookout, detective, and thief receive false information/items from a framed target?
A: No. The framer does not affect those roles.

Q: Is the godfather immune to theft by thieves?
A: No.

Q: If a thief steals an item from me but chooses not to use it will I be able to use my normal night action?
A: Yes. Even if a thief steals your item, you should still submit your normal night action because you wont know if the thief will choose to use your item or not.

Q: Does "cleaning" a live person count towards one of a Janitor's two charges?
A: No. Charges are only used up if a person's role is wiped in the graveyard. The janitor may clean up after a live person as many times as they would like. This gives a person immunity to items being stolen by thieves, but does not affect investigative roles.

Q: If a citizen ends up in the graveyard after 2 consecutive shots, he no longer have an autovest. Is the only way for a citizen to end up in the graveyard with an autovest for him to be lynched?
A: Correct. A stolen autovest (thief) or used up autovest (attacked) will not be replenished when a citizen dies.

Q: If a thief steals the godfather's gun, is mafia unable to kill the next night, or can a teammate shoot?
A: The Godfather's gun gives the mafia the power to kill at night. If it is stolen from the Godfather ONLY (as it is his PRIMARY item), the mafia will be roleblocked from a kill the following night if the thief decides to use the gun. Other mafia members using the Godfather's gun to kill will not have the gun stolen. The Godfather's gun will remain with any living mafia members, even if the Godfather dies, and will appear on the body of the final killed mafia member in the graveyard.

Q: Is godfather immune to ALL types of detection (sheriff, detective, lookout)?
A: Yes, godfather is immune to ALL types of detection, except for theft by a thief. (If you count that as a form of detection)

Q: Can a framer self-target? Can the framer target his own mafia members?
A: Yes, and yes.

Q: Are doctors informed if their target was attacked?
A: Yes, it is listed in the possible feedback messages.

Q: Can the sheriff distinguish between mafia and the neutrals?
A: No, they both just show up as supsicious.

Q: If a player with a gunsmith gun/armorsmith armor is roleblocked, can they still use the gun/armor?
A: No.

Q: If a thief steals a primary item from a player with a gunsmith gun/armorsmith armor, will the thief induced role block affect the gunsmith gun/armorsmith armor as well?
A: No, the thief will only roleblock the primary action.

Q: What happens when someone tries to use a fake armor or gun? What is the feedback message?
A: Nothing happens when someone tries to use a fake armor or gun. Direct your attention to the list of feedback messages. There is no feedback message for using fake/real armor or guns.

Q: Does a drug dealer get to choose which drug to use?
A: Yes. The drug dealer may select the drug. If a drugging target is selected, but the specific drug is not specified, the drug used will be randomized.

Q: Are framers immune to detection?
A: No.

Q: What happens if a player is roleblocked twice? Will they receive two notifications?
A: A player who is roleblocked twice will receive two notifications about being roleblocked.

Q: If a player is roleblocked, will their autovest still give them night protection?
A: Yes. Autovests work automatically, however armor is user initiated so armorsmith armor can be roleblocked.

Q: If someone is killed in a night and the thief steals their item, would the thief receive an item or not?
A: No. The person dies before the thief can steal and the thief cannot steal from dead players.

Q: Can a graverobber target living persons as well?
A: Yes, the graverobber can pre-emptively target a player to try to steal from them in the hopes that their target dies that night.

Q: Can you vote more than one person at once?
A: No.

Q: Can I day shoot (a gunsmith gun)?
A: No. All killing actions occur at night.

Q: The Graverobber's use of a stolen item is not listed in the Order of Operations. When does he use his item?
A: Both the thief and graverobber will use a stolen item when it would normally occur in the order of operations. Due to the nature of the thief roleblock if the thief uses a stolen item, it has a special "thief decides whether or not to use item" stage in the order of operations. This does not mean that the thief USES an item at this time - he only decides so that I know if the real role will be able to use their item at the appropriate time.

Q: Who wins ties, between Mafia and town, Mafia and neutral, and neutral and town?

A: If all conditions are equal, i.e. both players have the same number of gun shots to take and/or the same number of autovests, then neutral > mafia > town because the town holds its power in the lynch.

If conditions are unequal, i.e. guns or autovests are in play, then the 1 vs. 1 tiebreaker will be won by whichever player has the tactical advantage, i.e. the ability to kill the other player.

I don't remember Thor having such a small ego that he had to claim he would claim credit for one sentence feedback messages.

Be a bigger man McPwnage. Be like Thor. =)

For future reference, the signups are here: http://www.sc2mafia.com/forum/showthread.php/8374-S-FM-Battle-Royale-Signups!
You can still sign up as a reserve player.

Roles have already been distributed (lol Brendan), and Day 1 starts in ~8 hours.

It's funny because I used past setup information from Kromos, McPwnage, and Grim-DeMoN as templates for formatting and content for my own setup. But LOL McPwnage claiming credit for feedback messages like:

Escort/Consort:
You were roleblocked.

:P :P :P
(Even if I totally did steal them!)

I made minor edits to some of the role cards, namely the Vigilante now cannot shoot N1, and in the order of operations, blocking (includes roleblocking by a thief using your item) for clarity.

If there are any inconsistencies between this FAQ thread and the setup approvals thread, this thread will have the most updated information.

You know I'm joking right? Also it is ok Borkbot was the one who came up with feedback messages in mfm6 to take some bullshit out of the game. Fragos lost because he didn't copy paste from there LOL!

Also if you used Grim's previous setups as a part of your own that means your game is infected with Grim's AIDS.
