The air crackled with the murmuring of playful chatter as the Children of the Night awaited their Mother to appear to them.
When she finally did appear, all in attendance fell to one knee. Silence filled the air.
"My children. We have lost much in the past days, so many brothers and sisters... But for every one who fell, many more of the accursed Nosferatu became one with the night."
She paused, a small smile pursing her lips as she scanned the remaining three of her brood.
