from what i understand from the article, Interceptor's basically a Mafia-sided bodyguard, except they don't die after "defending" their target (target doesn't have to be Mafia-sided). also, if another person visits the Interceptor's target, that person will discover the Interceptor's identity. (e.g. if two Doctors try to heal an Intercepted Sheriff, the first Doctor will die to the Interceptor, but the second Doctor discovers who he is before the night is over)

imo, sounds like a better idea than re-introducing the Surgeon from Warcraft III Mafia (Mafia-aligned Doctor)

Seems crazy overpowered.

People would be unhealable because you could have an interceptor fly in and then kill him for good measure. You could also be killing multiple people per night. Limited uses or something would be needed to make this not overpowered. It could work like the Janitor. He can choose a target each night, but it only works 2-3 times successfully then it's out.

i think the article said that Interceptor kills are healable, so if the Doctor(s) make a good guess...

also, yeah, there oughta be limited uses for this type of ability.

it'd be bad for the Interceptor if, for whatever reason, he decided to target a suspicious townie that still warranted healing from Doctors (half the town would know who he is the next night lol)

this role is hard to understand. To me it sounds like a bodygaurd but on Mafia side.

He targets a person. If that person gets visited at night (e.g. by Doctor, Sheriff, Escort, or anyone else), he kills the visiter. So if a Sheriff reveals, that night the Interceptor can target him to get a Doctor killed. However, if TWO Doctors visit the Sheriff, only 1 will die and the other will find out who the Interceptor is.
