Is it still "cheating" if you're just playing together using Skype?

Talking over Skype is not cheating. Using Skype to gain an unfair advantage via a closed-channel communications trust, however, is cheating.

People always say they arn't skyping when I accuse them, turns out they are but they wern't using Skype so they said they WERN'T skyping, lol.
