Hello, This will be my first appeal as I'm pretty sure I've never done one before(at least that I can remember in the past 5 - 10 years). The only reason I actually care to appeal is because I had someone remove me from a mafia lobby because he believes I'm a Nazi and he also believes I'm a hacker? idk. my points are legit as I'm a long time mafia player. I've provided an attachment of proof of him keeping me kicked out of the lobby. Unfortunately I don't think there's anything you guys can control when it comes to sc2 mafia lobbies. If there is, i can provide you a Player ID.

Anyway I acknowledge that I have read the appeal instructions and I also understand that if my appeal is to be frivolous that the staff can double my punishment.

My appeal rebuttal isn't about refuting that I didnt use racial slurs/anti-Semitism, as I clearly did that in the replay provided. My rebuttal instead is about the crime itself as not only did I not know racial slurs/anti-Semitism weren't tolerated on sc2 mafia(even though they pretty much happen every other game without getting reported), but also looking at the definition of greifing it states:

"Crime: Griefing is trolling to the point of the game being ruined."
Examples:
1) Lying about being a sheriff just because you want the guy with the colored name to be lynched
2) Targeting a player because of their SC2 identity regardless of actual evidence
3) Running a setup with Stumps or Scumbags assigned (roles which are impossible to generate without hacking one's bank or copying someone's setup who has done so).
4) Spamming excessively, especially anything unrelated to the game.

I do not believe I am guilty of the crime that was assigned to me because I didn't lie about my role to get someone lynched, I didn't target a specific player, I didn't run a troll setup, and I didn't spam excessively. I played the game to the best of my ability even with a troll name and ended up dying, but the replay shows and that you guys concluded, did not alter the game in the end.

Due to these findings about being assigned an incorrect crime, I request that my appeal be honored.

Please let me know if there's anything else I need to do.

Since you brought me into it.......this kdog guy has been nothing but a nuisance. I have screenshots of him denying being a nazi in a lobby name. Which means he is not sorry about his crimes. Furthermore, he is a nazi and he deserves to be banned. That's it.

Role playing is fine, but real people play this game. If you suspect what you say can be perceived as offensive in real life, then common sense will dictate people will take offense in the game too. Societal norm exists for a reason.

Not all houses have a sticker saying if you rob this place, we will call the police. But common sense will tell you robbing a place is a crime.

Just don't do it again. Watch list is a watch list, it is not a ban.
